You can purchase a 2025-2026 yearbook online or in person during two windows. August 27th - September 10th and June 3rd-16th.

To buy in person bring cash or check to the Treasurer's Office during school hours (closed at 2:30pm).

Senior Portraits

Senior portraits are due October 11th!

Senior portraits are to be emailed to: CHSYearbook@everettsd.org

MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION BACK FROM US SAYING WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PHOTO. OTHERWISE, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR SENIOR PHOTO YET (Files too big and didn't send, wrong email address entered, etc).

NOTE: if you submit your photo 2-3 days before the deadline, it may take us multiple days to get back to you. This is because of a mad rush of last minute entries (aka 400+ emails). Thanks!

Submission Guidelines

Formats Accepted: JPG or TIFF

We recommend you submit original full sized digital images if you are unsure of dimensions. Photos MUST be a minimum 1 MB.

Published portraits in yearbook will be roughly 2 inches wide by 2.5 inches tall. This is vertical orientation. Portraits submitted in horizontal orientation will be cropped to fit this requirement.

Name files in this way: last name_first name.file extension. For example: Sibley_Stephen.jpg

General Inforamtion

Composition of background is your choice (inside or outside shot).

Full figure to head and shoulder shots are acceptable.

Color or black and white images will be accepted and props are okay.

Since Professional photographers are often booked up by October, be sure to book your sessions early. We recommend August or September.

If we do not receive a photo from you, we will use the photo taken an arena day by Dorian Studios for your ASB card.

If submitted by email, you will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL back, if you do not get this email, we did not get your photo. We will also post all senior photos received on the Yearbook door, room 420 in late November.

Senior Quotes

Senior quotes are due October 18th!

You have two options for your senior quote:

1. Hand drawn, using pen (must print out form) and turn in physical form to Mr. Sibley (Room 420) or

2. Digital, type your quote into the form and email it to Yearbook at CHSYearbook@everettsd.org

Only senior quote forms will be accepted! You can type your quote in the PDF or print the sheet, hand draw your quote and turn it into Mr. Sibley. All questionable or inappropriate quotes will be turned in to Mr. Takayoshi or removed and you will not have a senior quote.

Grad Ads

Grad ad orders are due Sunday January 31st!

Note: grad ads will be available for purchase later this year and will be posted here and on the Yearbook site page.

What is a grad ad/celebration?

Graduation Ads are a wonderful way to add a personal touch to your senior's yearbook. These are kept secret and are a nice surprise when seniors pick up their books. Grandparents, siblings and friends can also submit grad ads.

Can I pay online?

Yes! Online payments are excepted until March 3rd.

What do I need to do to have a grad ad made?

1. Download a grad ad form by clicking ->HERE<- and complete the form.

2. After completing the grad ad form, please email the form and all digital photos to: CHSYearbook@everettsd.org

3. Please pay online by clicking the button above or drop off a check at the Treasurer's Office.

Note! If you need to snail mail a form, photos, or a check, please put them into an envelope and bring it to CHS. You can tell the front office the envelope is for the yearbook advisor, Mr. Sibley and it is for a grad ad. You can also mail the envelope to: Cascade High School 801 E. Casino Rd, Everett, WA 98203. We must receive your envelope before March 3rd or your grad ad will not be accepted!

How much does a grad ad cost?

The cost of a grad ad depends on how big of an ad you would like to purchase. Note, you can purchase as many ads as you would like. All profits made by grad ads go directly into the yearbook account so we can purchase new equipment (cameras, printers, etc.) and so we can try and keep yearbook costs down in the future when possible.

Memorial Policy

We want to honor all the students at our school in the yearbook. To do this, we have created a memorial policy so that in the event of a student passing away, we will honor that student with a memorial graduation ad in the year that student would have graduated. If you are a friend or family member of a student who has passed away, please complete a grad ad form and submit photos and remembrances to the CHS yearbook staff. There is no cost for a memorial graduation page.
