Fines and Fees

Reminder: All fines and fees from the Everett Public School District follow students throughout all grade levels, starting in elementary school. This may include overdue library books or unpaid fees from activities such as 5th grade camp.

By senior year, all outstanding fines and fees must be paid in order to participate in senior events, including Senior Ball.

How do I know if I have fines and fees?
You can check any fines and fees associated with your account online HERE, or stop by the Treasurer’s Office to request a printout of your balance.

How can I pay my fines and fees?
Fines and fees can be paid online HERE or in person with cash or check at the Treasurer’s Office during office hours.

Please stay up to date on your fines and fees to help make your senior year a little less stressful!

Financial Assistance | Annual Application Required

All families are encouraged to complete the Child Nutrition Eligibility and Education Benefit (CNEEB) Application (formerly Free/Reduced Meals).

What’s Included with CNEEB?

If eligible, and once the Consent to Share form has been submitted, your student may receive access to additional support and reduced or waived fees for items such as:

Free ASB
Free admission to dances (excluding Senior Ball for underclassmen)
Breakfast and lunch at no cost
Athletic participation fees
AP test fees
And more!

Please note: These benefits do not cover course fees, yearbooks, parking passes, graduation items, or certain other expenses.

What is NOT Covered with CNEEB?

FAQs

Q | Can I apply at any time during the school year?

A | Yes! You can apply at any time during the school year. However, approval is not retroactive, and refunds will not be issued for purchases made prior to approval.

Q | How long does it take for an application to be approved?

A | Applications can take up to two weeks to be processed in the system. Please note that approval status will not be visible to us until the Consent to Share form has also been submitted. Once submitted, the Consent to Share form may take up to 24 hours to process.

Q | If I qualified last year, do I need to complete the application and Consent to Share form again?

A | Yes. To qualify for benefits, a guardian must complete both the application and the Consent to Share form each calendar year.

Q | Do I need to be a U.S. citizen to apply for benefits?

A | No. Household members do not need to be U.S. citizens for children to qualify, and completing the form does not impact immigration status.

Freshmen Orientation | August 24th, 2026 @ 8AM – 12PM

Welcome to CHS, Class of 2030!

Get ready for an exciting start to your high school journey at Freshman Orientation. This student-only event is designed to help you start the year with Bruin Pride.

Throughout the morning, you'll participate in activities led by your Link Crew leaders, connect with fellow freshmen, tour the campus, and learn what to expect during your first year of high school.

You'll also have the opportunity to pick up your class schedule and school laptop, explore clubs and activities, and visit the Treasurer's Office to purchase your ASB card and yearbook.

By the end of the program, you'll feel more confident, connected, and prepared for your first day as a Bruin.

Arena Day | Thursday, September 10th

What happens on Arena Day?

Students will go to the gym for pictures during their math class.
Students without a math class should come before school or during 6th period.
Make Purchases & Pay Fines.
Submit off-campus lunch applications.
Check-out student devices.

Running Start Students: Please attend Arena Day anytime between 7:00am–2:00pm. Do not come during 2nd Lunch -- we will be closed for a break.

Picture Orders & Student IDs

Picture packets will be distributed the first week of school.
Pre-order online: Dorian Photography Online Orders

Payment to Dorian is separate from CHS (see packet or order online for details).

All students will receive a CHS ID card on Arena Day when their photo is taken.

If ASB is purchased before September 10, the ID will include the ASB notation.
If purchased on/after September 10, the Treasurer’s office will add a sticker.

Can I Bring Props/Dress Up for Pictures?

School photos are official documents.

Students will be asked to remove any prohibited items before photos

Seniors | This is especially important for you, as these pictures are often the first impression colleges will have of you. Please come prepared and dressed appropriately.

Purchases Available During Arena Day

ASB Card | $45
Yearbook | $60 (with ASB) // $70 (without ASB)
Parking Pass | $20 (with ASB) // $35 (without ASB)
- Must bring completed permit form, copy of driver’s license, and current insurance.
- Students must provide their own copies – the office will not make copies.
Unpaid fines/fees – must be paid before purchasing a yearbook or parking pass.

💳 Purchases can be made with cash, check, or credit card.

Only ASB cards and yearbooks can be purchased online before Arena Day.

What If I Miss Arena Day?

If you cannot attend Arena Day, there will be a Picture Retake Day on October 14th. This will be the only other opportunity to have your school picture taken. If you miss this day as well, you will need to see the registrar to have a school ID made.

Note: Retake Day is only for students who missed the original photos on Arena Day or for those who purchased photos and are unhappy with how they turned out. Retakes do not include a new ID, and you cannot have retakes done unless you previously purchased photos or are purchasing them at the time of retakes.

2026-27 Student Forms

Parking passes are required to park a vehicle on campus. This form must be completed and brought with you at the time of purchase. We can't make copies of driver's licenses or insurance. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Parking Permit Form

Off campus lunch is a privilege available to juniors and seniors who are in 'good standing' with regards to attendance, behavior, and academics (See form for details). You must complete this form and return it to the main office.

In order to check out a device, students must have a signed Student Technology Agreement form with them at the time of checkout. Students without a signed agreement form will not receive a device.
